Prior to joining Rudder Capital, Jonathan Schwartz held the position of Head of Finance for RiskMetrics Group where he built and managed a highly successful financial team. Mr. Schwartz was responsible for financial oversight across corporate finance, deal management, revenue management, revenue recognition and financial/strategic planning. He and his team successfully completed four strategic acquisitions over a 14 month period.

With over 20 years of experience in financial and strategic planning, Mr. Schwartz is a business professional with extensive experience in Corporate Finance and Business Strategy with a demonstrated track record of business expansion and increased profitability.

Mr. Schwartz has held senior finance positions at Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan and Moody’s Investor Service and earned his BA in Economics at George Washington University.
